The Cressey construction team has been working hard to bring the beautiful, brand new homes at Avenue. The CresseyKitchen(TM) continues to be built in each home with polished quartz slab countertops, modern backsplashes, spacious cabinets, and superior appliances. Wide-planked engineered hardwood flooring is currently being installed to create a sophisticated space. Windows are now installed on all levels, optimizing views of Downtown Calgary and the Bow River.

Avenue’s stylish bathrooms are coming together nicely. Each unit includes porcelain floor tiling, luxurious wood veneer cabinetry, and sophisticated marble countertops with matching backsplash. Discreetly store necessities in the sleek and convenient mirrored medicine cabinets currently being installed.
