Grosvenor Americas and Cressey Developments are proud to announce they have completed the concrete pour for the 24th and final floor at Avenue West End! Topping off the building is a very important construction milestone and our construction team can now concentrate on the envelope as well as the inner workings of the building. The window installers have been busy at work and are now installing the windows on the 8th and 9th floors.
The interior of Avenue also continues to progress as the steel stud walls have now been installed up to the 6th floor. Drywall boarding and mechanical rough in have been installed in the townhomes and on the lower floors of the tower. The exterior is coming together as well; work has begun on the sidewalk area and the main floor landscaping.
