Over the past seven months, progress on the Avenue site has been extensive! Grosvenor Americas and Cressey Development’s stunning 24 story tower is beginning to transform, as the four level parkade completed in September and we are now above grade!

Last week, Cressey Construction reached yet another milestone by completing Level 2 of the podium, and this week they have begun pouring concrete for Level 3. Due to the large area of the eight podium levels, each level must be poured into three sections and takes approximately two weeks to complete. Once construction begins on the tower portion of Avenue, each floor will be complete in approximately 1.5 weeks, and we expect to reach Level 24 in the summer of 2016.

With over 70% of our homes sold we still have an amazing selection of homes available, with one bedrooms starting at $374,900 and two bedrooms starting at $571,900.
