The Cressey construction team continues to hit new milestones each week. The windows are currently being installed on the final two floors of the tower including the double-height 2,315 square foot penthouse suite on the 23rd and 24th floors, boasting epic panoramic city and mountain views. Stone has been installed up to the eighth floor on the exterior of the building, both dark granite and beige stone frame the city homes and podium condominium suites respectively, creating an exclusive finish to the building. 

In the interior, steel stud is currently being installed on the 17th and 19th floors, boarding is close behind on the 15th floor with mud and tape following a few floors below. Primer has been applied to all homes up to the 10th floor and the revolutionary CresseyKitchenTM design is completed in homes on the 2nd and 3rd floors as the kitchens continue to take shape up to the fifth floor. The quartz countertops are now installed on the second level and the installation of appliances will follow shortly. Visit the Avenue presentation centre to see the construction progress.
