Avenue

With concrete completed up to the top of the penthouse’s 1,982 square foot patio, the Cressey Construction team are now concentrating on all other aspects of construction. The north side of Avenue’s townhome entrances and planters are well underway; now showing the interface between the homes and sidewalks.

The windows are installed up to the twelfth floor and the interior of the building is beginning to take shape. Steel stud walls have been installed from the townhomes up to up to the seventh floor. Drywall boarding is now up to the fourth floor with mud and tape following closely behind. The cabinets will arrive in mid-August for installation. 

Avenue has sold over 78% of our homes and we still have an amazing selection available, one bedrooms are starting from $374,900 and two bedrooms are starting from $571,900.
