The dark granite finish of the exterior walls are currently being installed on the first two floors and around the lobby. This gives us our first look of the luxurious exterior of the building and creates an amazing contrast between the townhomes and the rest of the tower. 

 

Looking up, the window installation has been completed on half of the building. The curtain wall for the lobby is now on site, with installation expected over the coming weeks. The concrete structure is completed, so the main focus will now be the interior of the building with framing on the fourteenth floor continuing all the way up. Drywall boarding is now up to the eighth floor with mud and tape following a couple of floors below. Homes on the third and fourth floors have received their first coat of prime paint and cabinet installation is underway on the second floor.
