The Avenue construction site is buzzing with activity as Cressey Construction continues to hit important milestones on site. Last summer we celebrated construction commencement with a festive party attended by our amazing purchasers, their friends and family and our valued realtor community. Representatives from Grosvenor and Cressey spoke to the crowd about the rapid urbanization Calgary is experiencing and the desire expressed by Calgarians, young and old, to move closer to social, professional and recreational amenities.
Construction progress, a rare West End residential opportunity, and stunning homes has continued to drive sales at Avenue in 2015. With ongoing efforts on part of the City and developers to beautify and improve the downtown core we are more excited than ever by the opportunities urban living in Calgary has to offer!
After a lot of hard work on site, excavation of our four storey underground parkade is complete, our crane is installed and Avenue is starting to grow up! Over the coming months Avenue will take shape to create our stunning 24 storey tower. As future milestones are achieved we will continue to provide updates on the construction of Avenue.
